Refund Eligibility

Departmentiesupp offers refunds for 3D modeling course enrollments within 30 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the course content has been accessed.

How to Request a Refund

Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for courses that have been completed, courses accessed beyond 20% of content, or promotional or discounted enrollments marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.

Course Access After Refund

Upon approval of a refund, your access to the course materials will be revoked immediately. You will no longer be able to access video content, project files, or other course resources.
