Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Departmentiesupp website and 3D modeling course services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the course materials on Departmentiesupp for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
Course Materials
All course materials, including videos, tutorials, project files, and documentation, are the property of Departmentiesupp and are protected by copyright laws. You may not redistribute, share, or resell course materials.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to use our services:
- In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent, including any junk mail, chain letter, spam, or similar solicitation
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate us, our employees, another user, or any other person or entity
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the website, or which may harm us or users of the website, or expose them to liability
- To introduce any viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the website, the server on which the website is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the website
- To share, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the course materials, except as explicitly permitted in these terms
- To reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of any software or course content
- To use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the website for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the website
Violation of these acceptable use provisions may result in immediate termination of your access to the services and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.
User Conduct
In addition to the acceptable use requirements above, you agree to:
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or enrolling in courses
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- Treat instructors, staff, and other students with respect and professionalism
- Use course materials solely for your personal educational purposes and not for commercial use without authorization
Intellectual Property Rights
All course materials, including but not limited to videos, tutorials, project files, documentation, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Departmentiesupp or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes during your enrollment period.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Departmentiesupp, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and any personal information stored therein
- Any conduct or content of third parties on the services
- Any content obtained from the services
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services
In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding your success in learning 3D modeling, obtaining employment, or achieving any specific outcomes as a result of taking our courses. Educational outcomes vary based on individual effort, prior experience, and other factors beyond our control.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation policies are detailed in our Return Policy. Please review that document carefully for information about refunds, cancellations, and the process for requesting returns of course enrollments.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns or disputes regarding these Terms of Use or our services, we encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution. We will attempt to resolve any disputes in good faith through direct communication.
If we cannot resolve a dispute through direct communication, you agree that before filing any claim or lawsuit, you will attempt to resolve the dispute through informal mediation with a mutually acceptable mediator. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally by both parties, unless otherwise agreed.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall take place in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
Applicable Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
If you access our services from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. We make no representation that our services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States.
Modifications
Departmentiesupp reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Use at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated terms on this page with a new Last updated date, and we may also notify you by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of the services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must discontinue use of the services.
